Brian Farris

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Brian is a musician, a father, and has been a CrossFit coach since 2016. CrossFit has changed Brian’s life and health dramatically. This dramatic change sparked a passion for fitness, health, and constantly varied movements that caused Brian to want to become a coach and share that spark with others. Brian is always ready to encourage members in the gym to be the healthiest, fittest people they can be. 



Sarah Blackwell

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Sarah is in the military, is a budding Olympic weightlifter with Mississippi Barbell, and has been a CrossFit coach since 2016. Sarah started CrossFit when she was deployed to Kosovo in 2012. That’s where she fell in love with the barbell and the fact that you can find a CrossFit community no matter where you are in the world. Sarah loves to coach athletes to be the best the can be, and she also loves to let coaching help her become a better athlete.



Zack Barrett

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Judges Course

Zack is a firefighter, a father, and has been a CrossFit coach since 2014. Zack enjoys coaching because he loves seeing members improve and strengthen themselves in the workouts. Being able to watch athletes grow and hit new Personal Records makes Zack feel proud as a coach, and makes him want to keep pushing himself in the sport of CrossFit.
